The Farnsworth Art Museum invites you to join our group of docent volunteers by contributing your time and talents. Museum docents are trained to give highlight tours of all exhibitions at the museum to school groups and adult visitors. Docents meet regularly from September through May to research and teach each other about the art on view in preparation for giving informative visitor-friendly tours.

Time commitment: Responsibilities are year round; initial training is from September through December, ongoing education continues throughout.
