Q. What is Julia's Gallery?
A. Julia's Gallery for Young Artists is made up of a group of creative and motivated teens that have been exhibiting the best artwork of teens from across the state of Maine for over 6 years. We are an award winning program that was recognized in 2004 by the Maine College of Arts with a Leadership in Arts Education Award. We are interested in graphic design, business, art, matting and framing, and community service. We are independent and self directed and able to professionally run our gallery.
Q. How do I join?

Q. When are the meetings?

Artwork may be dropped off at the Farnsworth during regular business hours, or may be mailed to: Julia's Gallery, Farnsworth Art Museum, 16 Museum Street, Rockland, ME. 04841.
Q. Can I speak with a current member to learn more?
A. Yes! Please contact the Julia's Gallery advisor at 207-594-4299 and we will have a Julia's Gallery student reach you.
Q. Why should I join?
A. Julia's Gallery is a great opportunity to meet other teens who are interested in a similar purpose, have fun and learn how to run an art gallery. By becoming involved in Julia's Gallery students also have employment opportunities. The Farnsworth hires a select group of members to run the gallery while the exhibitions are open to the public twice a year. Julia's Gallery students are invited to attend all museum functions and are able to visit the museum whenever they want.
Q. How do I get more information?
