Julia's Gallery for Young Artists is an award-winning educational initiative administered by the Farnsworth Art Museum to connect interested youth with the fundamentals of museum operations. Julia's Gallery provides teens with the opportunity to contribute to their community by showcasing the artwork of their peers in a self-directed and professional environment.

The gallery involves local teens with museum and gallery operations, business, fine art, graphic design, and creative writing. Participants are connected with museum staff and local artists to curate an exhibition of teen art work from across the state. Teens meet one day a week and learn to matt, frame and hang artwork and market Julia's Gallery for Young Artists.
