Maine Media Workshops (MMW) will be presenting Arnold Newman’s lecture “What is a Portrait?” from his last presentation at the Workshops in the summer of 2005. Following the screening, members of the MMW faculty will discuss the impact of Newman’s work in the context of 20th century photography and his role as a mentor and teacher.
