The Farnsworth and Bay Chamber Concerts have teamed up to present a series of Wednesday evening talks by Bay Chamber Artistic Director Thomas Wolf and Farnsworth Chief Curator Michael K. Komanecky entitled Art and Music: An Exchange. Each talk, available only to Farnsworth members and Bay Chamber Concert subscribers, will precede one of Bay Chamber’s concerts at The Strand Theatre. Featuring different works of art from the Farnsworth collection each week, these dynamic talks will focus on the interaction between the visual and performing arts.

Topic—Music and Film (with Rick Benhamin founder and conductor of the world renowned Paragon Ragtime Orchestra)
An exploration of the visual elements of Chaplin films with a glimpse at the stories behind the original film scores.
