This selection of works by James Browning Wyeth (born 1946) provides an overview of his career. The selection also includes several examples from his well-known series of paintings from the 1970s and early 80s of Monhegan Island and of Orca Bates—the Monhegan Island teenager whose portrait Wyeth painted many times and in many different settings.
