To Drive: From the south, I-95 N to Brunswick or Topsham and take coastal U.S. Route 1 North. Or you may exit I-95 at Augusta and take Route 17 to Rockland.

From Bangor take U.S. Route 1A South to Route 1 and then south to Rockland.
