Surrounded by art and music, enjoy a simple, tasty lunch in the Farnsworth's library and prepare to be transported far from the stresses and strains of your day.

On the first Friday of each month, from June through October, the Farnsworth Art Museum will be open from 5 to 8 p.m. as part of First Fridays at the Farnsworth proudly sponsored by The First. First Fridays at the Farnsworth is part of the Arts in Rockland First Fridays, during which all 21 member-galleries of Arts in Rockland stage an Arts Walk from 5 to 8 p.m. During First Fridays at the Farnsworth museum admission is free.

The festival's main venues are Camden’s Opera House and Bayview Street Cinema and Rockland’s Strand Theatre and Farnsworth Art Museum.
