Collage and Assemblage with Erika Manning

Step out of your comfort zone, and explore the process of collage and assemblage. Get inspired by the Farnsworth’s collection of Louise Nevelson, then walk across campus to our art studio to create something uniquely yours. In this four week workshop, students of all abilities are invited to learn and practice various techniques and materials. Your final class will be an open studio to expand on your processes. Participants will leave the class with some new friends and several methods to inspire their creative practices.
Instructor Erika Manning is an artist and educator who teaches classes on unleashing one’s creativity, the traditional studio arts, and healing with the visual arts.
