First Friday at the Farnsworth: July 2021

The Farnsworth Art Museum is thrilled to announce the return of First Fridays at the Farnsworth, sponsored by First National Bank and First National Wealth Management, on Friday, July 2, 2021, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Independence Day weekend is the perfect time to come back to Rockland’s Main Street, and celebrate our city as the Art Capital of Maine. Main Street will be closed to car traffic beginning at 5 p.m. Admission to the Farnsworth will be free! All of Rockland’s Main Street galleries will be open for the occasion. In addition, Rockland will be celebrating Maine’s belated bicentennial on that day with a Blaine House Series concert from 7 – 9:30 p.m. at Harbor Park followed by fireworks over the harbor at 9:30 p.m. 

Cost: Free admission from 5-8 p.m.
