First Friday at the Farnsworth—Sponsored by First National Bank: October 2018

Join us for First Friday at the Farnsworth as we celebrate the opening of the exhibition Maine and the Index of American Design. There will be fun activities throughout the museum as well as live music provided by the keyboardist from the local teen group The Extension Chords.
Farnsworth Curator Jane Bianco will be on hand from 5:30 – 7 pm to sign copies of the catalog for the new exhibition.
Admission is free from 5 – 8 p.m!
For the eighth consecutive year, First National Bank is sponsoring First Fridays at the Farnsworth. First Fridays from June through October, the downtown Farnsworth Art Museum will open its galleries free of charge to the public from 5 to 8 p.m. The 2018 First Fridays at the Farnsworth dates, part of the Arts in Rockland First Friday Art Walks, are June 1, July 6, Aug. 3, Sept. 7 and Oct. 5.
