Music@Noon – Solera Quartet with pianist Josu de Solaun

“Top-notch, intense, stylish, and with an abundance of flare and talent,” Tricia Park and Miki-Sophia Cloud, violins; Molly Carr, viola; and Andrew Janss, cello, of the Solera Quartet, have performed at Carnegie Hall, the Royal Festival Hall in London, Orchard Hall in Tokyo, The Kennedy Center, and Lincoln Center and in prestigious festivals including Marlboro, Music@Menlo and Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival. As a First Prize winner of the George Enescu International Piano Competition and the First European Union Piano Competition, Spanish pianist Josu De Solaun has performed in distinguished concert series throughout the world. Their Music@Noon program offers an opportunity to hear Beethoven’s String Quartet in F Minor, Opus 95 and George Enescu’s Piano Quintet in A Minor, Opus 29.

Presented in partnership with Bay Chamber Concerts, our lunchtime concerts offer an opportunity to take a midday break in the relaxed atmosphere of the museum’s library. The hour-long performances begin at 12 pm. Ticket includes a freshly-prepared lunch provided by Atlantic Baking Company plus access to the museum following the performance.
