Fridays: January, 14; February, 11; March, 11; and April 8 from 1 to 3 pm (Eastern Time) via Zoom

Suitable for intermediate or advanced painters in oil or acrylic. Four painting projects over four months with demonstrations, lectures, an online forum, discussion, and critiques! The projects will begin with palette management and color mixing exercises and progress through a series of color-related painting problems. The work of Albers, Itten, and Zorn will be referenced, examined, and incorporated into our study. This course is for experienced painters wishing to improve their control and understanding of form, composition, structure, color, and color mixing. The Forum meets on the 2nd Friday of each month, January through April 2022.

Past participants have said, “I was out on a limb and feel more confident and supported in my painting direction after taking this class. Thank you! “
